We are Alison, Monica, Beth and Angela – amba chefs. Our passion for all things food led us to relinquish our varied careers to train as professional chefs at Leiths School of Food and Wine. Despite (or perhaps because of) our diverse backgrounds and nationalities – Italian, American, Spanish and British, we have forged a close friendship based on our flair for creating well-presented, exquisite food. Between us we have vast experience of working at some outstanding restaurants including River Cottage HQ, The Seafood Restaurant (Padstow), Boundary and Grain Store along with working for some renowned catering companies. The personal touch means everything to us and we are committed to creatinga unique experience for our clients. We are creative, dynamic and approachable and we look forward to working with you to ensure your event is exclusive and exceptional.
